TOBB ETU Guesthouse for Students consists of two blocks one of which is for male and the other for female students. The complex composed of indoor and outdoor parking areas in addition to the guesthouse facilities was put into service on September 2010.

The buildings consist of 2 basement floors, 1 ground floor, 12 dormitory floors and 1 installment floor and built through the comfort standards of five star hotels. Total 1032 students may accommodate in 192 single rooms, 408 double rooms and 24 rooms for disabled students. The parking lot has a capacity of 766 vehicles where 702 of them can park indoor. Through a supplementary project launched recently, an overpass is being built over Söğütözü Street. By this means a safe pedestrian traffic may be provided between the guesthouse and the campus.

Within the building, in addition to the dormitories, cafeteria, restaurant, sports center, visitor rooms, luggage-left rooms, laundry and drying machines, social spaces, security and health units are located. The houses with bathrooms and toilets with 24 hours hot water and equipped with heating-air conditioning devices in hotel standards also offers wireless internet access, telephone, electronic card access systems. Thus, facilities to meet all kinds of demands of the students and green areas and recreation spaces are offered under a single roof.
