Applications for the 2026–2027 Fall Semester Master's and PhD programs will be accepted between 1 June 2026 and 26 June 2026.
English Proficiency Examination
Date: Tuesday, 30 June 2026
Applicants who already possess a valid English language score are not required to take this examination.
This examination is administered only to applicants for Master's programs.
Applicants to PhD programs must already hold a valid English language proficiency score.
Interviews
Interview dates and detailed information will be announced by the relevant departments/ programs.
Application Process
Applications must be completed through the university's online application system within the specified application period.

English Proficiency Exam for Graduate Students

1st Stage: TOEFL ITP Type Exam (Classroom 110, 1st Floor)

SPEAKING |
The exam will take place in Foreign Languages Education Department (FLED) building.
The specific classrooms and jury lists for the speaking exam will be announced on the notice board in front of the security on the ground floor.
TOEFL-ITP Type Exam
The exam consists of 50 listening, 40 structure and 50 reading questions. The exam takes approximately two hours, depending on the length of the listening section. Each section has different strategies.

WRITING SECTION
This section evaluates your ability to write essays on any non-specialized topics of 225-275 words.
SPEAKING SECTION
In this section you are expected to interact at conversational English in a range of contexts and topics. It contains two parts: personal interview and discussion about a given subject. Materials are provided during the exam. Students take the Speaking Test individually and it usually takes 10 minutes.
