A New Era in Education Between TOBB ETU and RANEPA St. Petersburg

In line with its vision of internationalization, TOBB University of Economics and Technology continues to forge new global academic partnerships. Within this framework, a strategic cooperation meeting was held with the St. Petersburg Branch of RANEPA (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration), one of the long-standing institutions in St. Petersburg—a city widely renowned as Russia's "cultural capital" for its historic texture, fascinating architecture, and rich heritage.
New Educational Partnerships and Future Projects Discussed
Prof. Dr. Burcu Fazlıoğlu and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakkı Arda Tokat represented TOBB ETU at the meeting, which aimed to strengthen ties between the two institutions and expand global educational opportunities. Hosted by the RANEPA International Cooperation Directorate, the discussions were attended by Director Konstantin Yuryevich Korolev and Deputy Director Irina Yuryevna Rodina.
During the highly productive meetings, potential joint projects, collaborative curriculum development, and academic exchange programs between the two universities were discussed in detail. The main focus of the meeting was to establish sustainable academic partnerships and educational collaborations that will provide students with a global perspective.
Summer Russian Language Education Commenced
In addition to these strategic engagements, a summer Russian language education program was launched as a concrete step of the existing collaboration between the two institutions.
The meetings concluded successfully with a shared commitment by both prestigious institutions to implement future joint projects and mutual expressions of goodwill.
