Dr. Ali Oğuz Diriöz Delivered a Seminar at Azerbaijan State University of Economics 

Dr. Ali Oğuz Diriöz, faculty member of the Department of International Entrepreneurship at TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ), delivered an online seminar at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in Baku.

Last Friday, on February 20, 2026, Dr. Diriöz had the opportunity to give a presentation within the framework of the “Current Issues” seminar series organized by the Department of Business Administration at UNEC, one of Azerbaijan’s leading higher education institutions.

The seminar, titled “Neo-Medievalism and International Governance,” addressed the challenges of international governance both at the conceptual level and through contemporary examples. The discussion also explored how the analogy of “neo-medievalism” can serve as an analytical lens for understanding ongoing transformations in global governance.
