Academic Cooperation Meeting Between TOBB ETÜ and Kazan Federal University

On February 20, 2026, a meeting was held at Kazan Federal University between Prof. Dr. Hakkı Arda Tokat, representing TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ), and Prof. Dr. Radif Rifkatovich Zamaletdinov, Director of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication at Kazan Federal University, together with his team.

The meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Rezeda Failevna Mukhametshina, Dean of the Institute; Aygul Mindıgaliyevna Irgalina, Head of Center for Lifelong Education "Logos", Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication; and Artem Viktorovich Drugov, Senior Lecturer and Head of the Center.

Within the scope of the meeting, existing opportunities for cooperation between the two universities were evaluated. In particular, an exchange of views took place regarding language education, academic exchange programs, and potential joint projects. The parties expressed their mutual goodwill toward strengthening inter-university academic relations and developing sustainable areas of cooperation.
