Fourth-year students of the International Entrepreneurship Department (UGİ) at TOBB University of Economics and Technology arrived in Moscow on October 1, 2026, to continue their education during the fall semester. As part of their fall semester program, the students will continue their academic studies at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy (RFTA).

An academic meeting focusing on institutional and academic cooperation was held at RFTA with the participation of Assist. Prof. Hakkı Arda Tokat, who accompanied the students. During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on further developing the existing cooperation between the two institutions, the students’ educational process, and potential future academic initiatives.

The meeting was attended by Galina Orlova, Dean of the Faculty of International Economics; Ilsiya Gibadullina, Head of the International Department; Anastasia Vedeneeva, International Programs Coordinator at the Faculty of International Economics; and Elena Sinelnikova, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Trade Management.

As UGİ, we consider international study opportunities an important part of our students’ academic and personal development, enabling them to gain valuable academic and cultural experience in different countries. The students’ educational experience in Moscow is expected to contribute not only to the development of their Russian language skills, but also to their understanding of Russia’s economic and trade environment and to the development of their international perspectives.
