TOBB ETU has signed an ACM Open Access Publishing agreement with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) covering the year 2026!!

Under the ACM Open agreement, authors affiliated with the University will be able to publish an unlimited number of articles in ACM journals and conference proceedings at no cost.
