International Students Gather for Ankara Cultural Tour

A cultural excursion covering Ankara’s historical and cultural landmarks was organized for Uzbek, Russian, and Polish students studying at TOBB University of Economics and Technology.
The program began with a pleasant breakfast gathering at Divan, attended by students and faculty members. Following breakfast, the group visited the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, where Prof. Dr. Erdem Denk provided detailed information about the museum’s collections and the history of Anatolia. After the museum visit, the students proceeded to Ankara Castle, where they toured the historic site with the assistance of student assistants and had the opportunity to explore the area, shop, and become more familiar with the city.
The event, which contributed both to the social integration of international students and to their understanding of Ankara’s cultural heritage, was attended by Prof. Dr. Burcu Fazlıoğlu, Dr. Hakkı Arda Tokat, Dr. Orçun Demir, Faculty Secretary Ayşenur Ürün; Ayşenur Kirbitci, Meltem Kurtuluş , and Merve Demir from the International Relations and Erasmus Office, Ege Kızıltan, Assistant of the Department of International Entrepreneurship, and Murat Cavlak, Assistant of the Department of History.
