Dr. Itır Köymen has been Awarded a EURAMET Research Mobility Grant

Dr. Itır Köymen has been awarded a Research Mobility Grant as part of an ongoing European Association of National Metrology Institutes (EURAMET) Project titled Memristive Devices as Quantum Standard for Nanometrology (MEMQuD). Dr. Köymen has been investigating the ionic and electronic properties of memristive devices fabricated by her group. She has been carrying out structural and electrical characterisation measurements to study the quantised conductance phenomena and neuromorphic behaviour exhibited by these devices. She aims to contribute to the effort of developing generalised and reliable models to design novel electronic circuits.
