1. Residence permit application form 
2. Copy of passport
3. Biometric photos (4)
4. Health insurance (valid in Turkey)
5. Student certificate (will be provided by the Student Affairs Office )
6. Residence permit information sheet ( will be provided by the Erasmus Office)
7. Residence Permit Fee Payment Receipt
8. IF THE STUDENT’S AGE IS BELOW 18,
   • Birth certificate
   • Letter of parental consent
