CAMPUS AND BUILDING RULES

The English exam for Graduate students will be held face-to-face at the Foreign Languages ​​Department. The exams held at our university are carried out by adapting to new processes and taking the highest level of precautions. It is very important that the candidates obey the rules.

  • Before and after each face-to-face examination session, the cleaning of the buildings and classrooms is carried out in accordance with the principles of cleaning, disinfection, and clean ventilation during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
  • It is compulsory to wear a mask from the moment you arrive on campus and throughout the exam. Make sure that the mask covers the mouth and nose.
  • Potable water will be available in the building.
  • Disinfectants and spare masks will be kept in classrooms.
  • At the end of the exam, the classes will be cleared one by one. Exits may be made from 2 different stairs.
  • Candidates can come to the exam building with their mobile phones, but they will hand over their phones to the supervisor during the exam.
  • Considering the admission process, arrive at the campus at least 30 minutes beforethe time of the exam.
  • Candidates are required to bring stationery materials such as a pencil and eraser.
  • Candidates must bring some form of identification such as a national identity card, driver's license, or passport.
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter the Foreign Languages ​​Department Building, except for the candidates who will take the exam (friends, relatives etc.)
  • At the end of the exam, candidates are kindly requested to leave the campus directly and not stay on campus.

Candidates are expected to have had 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine or to bring a negative PCR test result that has been done within the last 72 hours.

 

For your safety, carefully follow the warnings of the staff and rules when entering and exiting the building.
